I've been dying to share this story for
years.
4 years exactly.
And it involves a beach lifeguard and a 12
year old girl.
And it's a story that, like many of the most
profound things in life, I almost could have
missed . . .
Almost could have let pass from memory.
Almost could have never even paid the
attention it so well deserves.
But in this instance . . . despite the
subtlety of what I witnessed . . . I did
grasp the extraordinary underlying
significance.
A significance that has to do with rescuing a
life.
Rescuing 'your' life.
Rescuing my life.
Or both of us discovering how to rescue a
loved one's life.
